President & Founder

President and founder of KE&I Services Bryce Kephart was born and raised in Bakersfield Ca where he attended Bakersfield College. Bryce grew up in and around the Real Estate and building industry. He was able to learn invaluable skills, knowledge and experience working in the family business. At the age of 17 Bryce ventured into his own Business setting the tone for the eventual calling in the building industry as a class A General contractor based out of Dickinson ND all while building a substantial Real estate portfolio and becoming an expert in his field as an investor & Real Estate investing advisor. In 2018 Bryce sold off his assets in Oklahoma and focused his ventures and building his real estate portfolio in North Dakota where he has expanded KE&I Services to have multiple divisions within one company being truly diverse in their capabilities. Today KE&I Services spans over multiple states and continues to meet the clients needs as recently we continue to adapt and innovate in our many divisions including the Oil & Gas industry performing Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, Environmental and Roustabout services. Bryce has three boys Deagan 11, zaedyn 10 and Liam 4 years old. He enjoys flying aircraft, fishing, camping and riding motocross with his boys and family when he isn’t working on business development and bidding future work for the KE&I team
